2.1 From Idea Generators and Idea Voters (together "Users")

2.1.1. Upon Registration
Your name, age/date of birth, telephone number, email address, job title, a form of ID and payment details when you sign up as a User.

We collect this to take steps to enter in to or to perform the contract in place between us by registering you as a User on our platform, as well as under our legitimate interest to connect you with other Users and Idea Experts. Where you use your LinkedIn, Google or other such profile to sign up, we may also collect personal data that you have uploaded on to such profiles.

2.1.2. When Issuing Virtual Dollars and MakingDiscretionary Bonus Payments
Your name, ideas and financial payment details in connection with issuing you VirtualDollars and our discretionary bonus scheme.

We will process any personal data contained in your ideas uploaded to ourplatform to connect you with other Users and Idea Experts. We will also trackthe number of ideas you upload to the platform as well as the consistency ofyour performance. We do this so that we can establish our top performers on oursite and during the early stage AlphaSwap growth phase, issue bonuses as setout in our terms.

2.1.3 When You Choose to Be Added to Our Job Applicant Pool Which We Show to Institutional Investors
Your name, telephone number, email address, employment history and other data set out on your CV, if provided. This could be provided to us by a recruitment agent.

We may also include information related to your employment history and other data set out on your CV, if this is provided (this is often provided to us by your recruitment agent). We collect this on the basis of our legitimate interest to assess job applicants, and to take steps necessary to enter into a contract with you. We also collect it because we are under a legal obligation to ensure applicants have the right to work.

Feedback about you from our staff and comments on social media.

We collect this on the basis of our legitimate interest to ensure potential job applicants will succeed in the role.

2.1.4 When Interacting via Social Media

If you contact us over social media or email (including via the ‘contact us’ link on our site), we also collect Login information, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform, IP addresses, MAC addresses & social media handles.

We collect this on the basis of our legitimate interest to understand how our clients interact with us.

When we interact with you at our own events or third party industry events – we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number. We do this under our legitimate interest to promote our business and/ or assist you in signing up to our platform.

If you agree to be a guest one of our formats, including but not limited to podcasts and videocasts, on any social media, we collect your name, email address, job title and employment history.

2.2.1 Upon Registration

Your name, telephone number, email address, job title, a form of ID, employment history and professional accreditations.

We collect this to take steps to enter in to or to perform the contract in place between us by registering you as an Idea Expert on our platform, as well as our legitimate interest to connect you with Users in need of your support and to build our database of Idea Experts.

From the organisation or individual who recommended us to you whether to ensure your suitability as an Idea Expert or as a candidate for a vacancy in the Alphaswap team.

Using the cookies on our website and pixels in our emails.

From our own research and data brokers where we are looking to reach out to new businesses who may be interested in working with us.

Analytics and search engine providers to assist us with the improvement and optimisation of our site.

5. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

Business partners, group companies, Idea Generators, Idea Voters, Idea Experts, suppliers and sub contractors for the performance of the contract we enter into with them or you.

Our customers as part of the Data-as-a-service solutions we sell to them.

Analytics and search engine providers to assist us with the improvement and optimisation of our site.

Credit reference agencies to assess your credit where that is a condition of us entering into a contract with you.

Promotional events and marketing organisations, we do not sell data for marketing purposes, but may share your data with an event organiser. We will always tell you before (usually on the event registration form) and you will be given the chance to opt-out before we do this.

Prospective buyers of our business.

Regulators/ Authorities/ Enforcement Agencies if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alphaswap.io our clients, our experts or others.
